In Australia and New Zealand, I worked simultaneously on several projects with tight deadlines, both in the private pathology sector as well as in the public hospital structure.

As Automation Manager I held the responsibility for the Global Automation Funnel reporting on a monthly basis and I represented Norway in all global or European automation meetings. I developed a Nordic zone collaboration team between all HCS roles to be able to exchange experiences and visit different automation solutions in the Nordic region.

Responsible for global complaint assessment and process regarding the point of care instruments Afinion AS100 Analyzer and Nycocard Reader. My workquickly went from researching candidates to pure headhunting and networking, meaning attending relevant seminars, active in social media and strategic advancement, to successfully solve assignments.

CEES -PhD student

Main focus on molecular biology research within speciation using an avian natural model of Ficedula sp. I coordinated the work to materialize a new DNA lab facility for all scientists working at CEES. Today this structure is a fundamental part of all laboratory activityat CEES.
